Cornerstone Club Uniform Policy

The Pathfinder uniform makes our organization real and visible. It becomes emblematic and representative of an idea and a standard. our uniform is a builder of club spirit.


Uniforms and all accessories can be purchased online at AdventSource. Potomac Conference patch, Cornerstone Club patch, honors, and awards provided by the Cornerstone Pathfinder Director. 

  • Class A - worn for official meetings, events, and activities.

    • shirts or blouse - khaki/tan, short sleeve
    • men's pants - black, straight leg with belt loops
    • woman's skirt - black, a-line design with belt loops, below knees
    • t-shirt - white, worn under shirt or blouse
    • belts and belt buckles - black web belts with pathfinder buckle
    • shoes/socks/stockings - black polishable, heels no more then 1 inch
    • neckwear - the official pathfinder yellow neckerchief worn over the collar and sash
    • sash - black fabric, not longer than the fingertips of the left hand
  • Class A (Cold Weather) - Director's discretion

    • same as class a above, with the addition of a long sleeve black under shirt
  • Class A Lite - Worn when the Pathfinder needs mobility, like community service

    • minus sash and scarf
    • open collar - with white t-shirt 
    • girls - black pants, straight leg with belt loops
  • Class B - Worn for official Potomac Conference events

    • staff - potomac conference official polo blue
    • pathfinder - potomac conference official t-shirt
    • tan/khaki tactical pants or blue jeans, "cotton kills"
    • tennis shoes or hiking boots 
    • white socks
  • Class C - Worn for normal meetings and certain types of activities

    • pathfinder - grey cornerstone pathfinder club t-shirt
    • staff - grey staff cornerstone pathfinder club t-shirt
    • note: staff shown wearing optional long sleeve black under shirt
    • tan/khaki tactical pants or blue jeans, "cotton kills" 
    • tennis shoes or hiking boots 
    • white socks
  • Right Sleeve - E-Tracker

    • club patch - centered on shoulder tab, 3/4 inch from shoulder seam 
    • pathfinder triangle - 3/4 inch centered below club patch
  • Right Sleeve and Collar - Varsity

    • club patch - centered on shoulder tab, 3/4 inch from shoulder seam
    • varsity patch - 3/4 inch centered below club patch
    • pathfinder triangle - 3/4 inch centered below varsity patch
    • varsity "v" pins - positioned 1 inch up and centered from the collar point.
  • Right Sleeve - Staff

    • club patch - centered on shoulder tab, 3/4 inch from shoulder seam
    • staff patch - 1/2 inch centered below club patch (staff patches include - instructor, counselor, pastor, deputy director, director)
    • pathfinder triangle - 1/4 inch centered below staff patch
  • Left Sleeve - All Pathfinders

    • potomac conference patch - centered on shoulder tab, 1/4 inch from shoulder sleeve
    • world patch - 1/2 inch centered below Potomac conference patch
    • highest class level chevron - 1/2 inch centered below world patch
    • note: per NAD pathfinder staff manual - The only pathfinder allowed to wear more then one chevron is a master guide.
  • Left Pocket

    • good conduct ribbon - centered above either class advanced ribbons or class level name patch
    • class advanced ribbon(s) - centered above class level name patch. lowest to highest, left to right.
    • class level name patch - centered and flush with the pocket seam.
    • class level pin(s) - spaced 1/8 inch apart, centered between the left/right of the pocket, top of pins touching the thread on the pocket. lowest to highest, left to right.
    • baptismal pin/staff service star - 1/2 inch from the left of the pocket flap and centered between top/bottom of the pocket flap.
    • drill team pin- centered left/right of the pocket flap. centered between the bottom of the class level pins and the bottom of the pocket flap.
    • leadership office pin - centered between the bottom of the pocket flap and the bottom of the pocket. centered between the left/right of the pocket.
